Full Meeting: $575
This fee covers admission to sessions, exhibits, meals, and receptions, but does not include housing or transportation costs. Meals include Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast.

Small Press Member Full Meeting: $475
This special rate extends a discounted full meeting registration fee for staff at AAUP member presses that report under $1 million in annual net sales.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  A full refund, minus a $50 handling charge, will be issued if we receive your cancellation prior to May 10, 2011. Cancellations made between May 10 and May 24, 2011, will be refunded registration fees owed less $125. Cancellations made between May 25 and June 2 will be refunded registration fees owed less $275. Allow up to 12 business days for refunds to processed. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Speakers and sessions may change without notice. In the unlikely event of meeting cancellation, AAUP is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses incurred by the registrant.
