Digital Coursepack Lawsuit against Georgia State The AAUP supports the lawsuit filed by three scholarly publishers, including two member presses, against Georgia State University. The suit alleges that GSU digitally distributed significant portions of copyrighted works to its students without obtaining proper permissions.
