University Press Books for Public and Secondary School Libraries: The Best of the Best from the University Presses
2007 American Library Association Annual Conference
Washington, DC
June 24, 2007
The "Best of the Best" program is presented annually at the Summer ALA; University presses represent an often-undiscovered gold mine of resources for school and public libraries. Public and secondary school librarians who served on the 2006-07 selection committees will introduce recent titles they've found to be "the best" for a variety of reasons. Copies of the presented books will be raffled to those in attendance. Read the press release. ![]()
