About the AAUPWiki

Go to the AAUPWiki: http://aaupwiki.princeton.edu

The AAUPWiki is a member-created and supported knowledge sharing resource. The wiki was first developed by the organizers of the 2006 Electronic Publishing Workshop, and is generously hosted by Chuck Creesy and Mike Volk at Princeton University Press.

You'll find there: conference and workshop knowledge, the papers of the AAUP Business Handbook, recommended reading lists, and a wide variety of how-to and learning guides.

Editing the Wiki

* You must register in order to add or edit materials on the AAUPWiki. We encourage members to choose recognizable screen names as a professional courtesy.

* Tips on creating and naming pages, wiki tags for editing text, and links to other helpful wiki resources can be found at "How to Use the AAUPWiki."

* Other file types cannot be posted on the wiki server. External links should be posted to PDFs or other file types hosted elsewhere. AAUP workshop presenters and Annual Meeting who would like to post their presentation files, but cannot host the files themselves, can do one of the following:

  1. Use SlideShare (http://www.slideshare.net/) to post PowerPoint presentations, then post a link on the appropriate wiki page.
  2. You may send your file to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for hosting by AAUP if you do not wish to host it yourself. Some files may need to be reduced in size, or converted.
